Cancellation and Modification Policy

❌ Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
For cancellation requests made after the 12-hour window, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that cancellations are no longer possible once your order has entered the embroidery stage,  

✏️ Modifications

If you need to make any changes to your order—such as personalization details, shipping address, etc.—please notify us as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that modifications may not be possible once your order is in production.
In some cases, an additional fee may apply for certain changes.

Once your order has entered the embroidery stage, no modifications can be made.
